Hello Parents, below you will find the dates and times for paperwork turn in, fundraiser pick up and completing the registration process for your player(s), you must complete the registration process for your player(s) to be eligible for the 2026 season.
All paperwork turn in/fundraiser pickup will be held at the Highland YMCA Room # 3; you will enter through the outside door facing Central Ave on the west side of the parking lot, you will not enter the main doors of the Y.
Saturday JANUARY 31ST 10am-2pm
When you come, you will need to bring the following items, you will not be seen without them:
*Medical Release form printed and completed; this can be found on our website under documents
*Players original birth certificate for age verification
*3 proofs of residency for players league 8 & older that are new to the league or use SCHOOL FORM on main page under documents
Parents or legal guardians with court paperwork are the only ones allowed to sign up their players and do paperwork, no exceptions.
We will have paperwork to be completed and the fundraiser to be picked up
If you are seeking financial assistance, it is suggested to come sooner than later, funds are available on a first come first served basis.
We can take cash, card or check for all fees due.
Space is limited in the room we will be in, please be mindful, you will wait outside until it is your turn.
VOLUNTEER MANAGERS, COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES AND UMPIRES ARE NEEDED, PLEASE SIGN UP ON OUR WEBSITE AND COMPLETE THE BACKGROUND CHECK.
